We hope you have enjoyed viewing some of our needlepoint pillows that we offer for sale in our retail store. We strive to offer the finest in needlepoint design for our customer’s enjoyment. Each pillow has been personally selected, and we have stock available for immediate shipment. If, for some reason, we can not ship within three to five days, we will notify you immediately.

It is our goal to ship each order on the day that it is purchased. If you are unhappy with your selection, you may exchange it or return it for a refund. We do ask that you return it within fifteen days.

When should I expect to receive my products?

It is our goal to ship each order on the day that it is purchased. If, for some reason, we can not ship within three to five days, we will notify you immediately.

What if I need to return my product?

Please contact us and let us know that you would like to return a product to us. We do ask that you start the return process with us within fifteen days of receipt.

We reserve the right to assess for shipping if the item is returned without authorization. Items sent with our “Free Shipping” special can be assessed for outbound shipping fees if returned.

What if my pillow is in not in stock?

We will contact you and let you know. If you wish for us to put you on a waitlist, we will monitor delivery of the pillow and keep you informed! Nothing will be charged until the pillow stock is available and ready to ship.
